## About my work

I work with private equity and corporate clients on complex transactions, leading IT due diligence, separation and integration strategies, ERP transformations, and Day-1 to Day-100 execution across carve-outs, spin-offs, joint ventures, and PMIs.

In my own time I develop software and build AI-powered applications, agents, and workflows, working hands-on with OpenAI and Anthropic products.
